Other Details About This Trip:

The B&B:  La Rougeanne is located in Moussoulens, between the “Canal du Midi” and the “Montagne Noire” just outside of Carcassonne.

We will have the entire house; 3 rooms with King Size Beds (for either couples, or individuals wanting their own rooms), and 3 shared rooms (double occupancy). Each room overlooks an extensive garden, and has a view of the Pyrenees in the distance.  All rooms have private baths. Rooms are available on a first come basis. Visit www.larougeanna.com.

Cost: $1,650 is per person, double occupancy. (Register now with $500 deposit (non-refundable after June 16th). Balance due by July 16th.

Getting There: The closest airport is in Toulouse.  However, Carcassonne is just 2 hours north of Spain, and it is often much less expensive to fly in and out of Barcelona.  Currently there is roundtrip airfare from Orlando to Barcelona for $846 (total including taxes and fees); and a train from Barcelona to Carcassone (4 hrs/24 mins) for only $76. Making it possible to get there and back for less than $1,000.  

For those wishing to do more exploring and traveling before or after the yoga retreat, train tickets/passes can be purchased at www.eurail.com.  Ever wanted to visit the French Riviera? Nice is only about a 6-hour beautiful, scenic train ride away.  Some may enjoy renting a car and exploring on their own.
